sometimes we need to take the footage on a computer screen display for several purposes, such as for documenting the steps of software installation or display an error message back from the computer when working with certain applications.
The easiest way (and could be "classic") is by pressing the Print Screen button (usually written "Prt Sc", "Prt Scr" or "Prt SCN") on the keyboard. When this push button, Windows display on the screen recording to the memory which is usually referred to as "the clipboard". To transfer images from the clipboard, then we need to use other applications that can handle graphics data. Simple graphics applications such as MS Paint, or even a word processor, like MS Word can do it well.
In this example, we will try to take your desktop's appearance and then save it by using MS Paint.
1. Close all open applications at this time. Press the Print Screen button.
2. Next open MS Paint. Click on Start> Run, then type mspaint and press Enter. If you are usingVista : Click on the Start button> type mspaint in the search menu (Search Pane).
